We want you to love your new headwear, but if it is not the perfect fit, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must include original tags and packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Hat
Carefully place the item in its original protective box to ensure it does not lose its shape during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Wait
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
